Oh.....My....Goodness....what a beautiful dress. This is another pattern that Iucked upon UNCUT at a dirt cheap price. The Chantilly pattern. It doesn't even have a pattern number. It's just Chantilly LOL. Here's a some info on this beauty:

It's a Misses size 12, 32 inch bust and 34 inch hip. The pattern includes the petticoat. It says that the dress was designed for teenagers, for prom or winter formal I guess. However, I could see this being a lovely vintage style wedding dress. Maybe lengthen the skirt, maybe not either way would be lovely. It's definitely not a pattern for a beginner. 10 pieces? Not too bad, however there are a lot of intriquite details.

Fabric and Notions:

4 5/8 yds of Point d'esprit
7 yards of stiff net

41 yds of lace beading
41 yds of lace insertion
98 total yds of lace edging
41 yds of ribbon

1 1/8 yds of taffeta
1 3/4 yds of featherboning

2 7/8 of Taffeta
13 3/8 yds ofNet

The width at the lower edge is just over 200 inches"

Sigh.....if it doesn't sell maybe one day my skills will be up to par to attempt to make it.
